We collect personal data necessary to provide our high-performance computing services and software solutions, including:
- Identity Data: Name, username, or similar identifier used for account creation.
- Contact Data: Billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers for order processing.
- Technical Data: IP address, SSH public keys, login data, and browser version types used to access our GPU nodes.
Data Usage: Your data is used strictly for order processing, identity verification for high-value hardware rentals, and providing secure access to GPU instances. We do not sell your data to third parties.
2. Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us. Please contact our Data Protection Officer at legal@tech.shzsan.com for any such requests.
Terms of Service
By accessing tech.shzsan.com, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
1. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. Specifically for our Software Development services:
- You retain Intellectual Property rights for custom code upon full payment of the agreed Order value.
- We reserve the right to suspend development if milestone payments are not met within 7 days of invoicing.
2. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shzsan Technology be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Shzsan Technology's website.
Important: Shzsan Technology does not warrant that the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Rental Agreement (GPU & Hardware)
This agreement governs the rental of Cloud GPU instances and physical hardware from Shzsan Technology.
1. Cloud GPU Usage
- Data Persistence: Users are responsible for backing up their data. Instances are securely wiped immediately upon rental termination or expiration.
- Prohibited Activities: Mining cryptocurrency on non-designated rental plans is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
2. Physical Hardware Responsibility
For physical equipment rentals dispatched to client premises:
- The Renter assumes all risks of loss or damage to the Equipment from any cause.
- Equipment must be returned by the "Rental End" date specified in the Order. Late returns incur a daily penalty fee equivalent to 200% of the daily rate.
Liability for Damage: In the event of physical damage to rented hardware (e.g., RTX 4090, Server Racks), the Renter is liable for the full replacement cost at current market value.
Security Deposit: Security deposits collected for physical rentals are fully refundable upon the safe return and inspection of the equipment within 7 working days.
